The former Vice President; Alhaji Atiku Abubakar has today officially declared to run for the presidency in 2023.



With the declaration, Atiku would be vying for the post for the third term.

He contested for it in 2007 but lost to Musa Yaradua; he contested again in 2019 and lost to President Buhari.

Atiku would be vying for the PDP ticket with the likes of Peter Obi, Governor Wike, Governor Bala Mohammed, Sen Anyim Pius Anyim, and other aspirants.

Atiku boasted last Sunday that he had never failed to win the PDP ticket.
