Barcelona are unable to sell several players they want to get rid of.

It is for that reason that they are now thinking of terminating the contracts of Samuel Umtiti and Neto.

Barcelona need to reduce their wage bill so they can sign players.

The problem is that no player wants to leave the Camp Nou.

It is for that reason that, according to ‘Sport’, Barcelona are looking to release several players as they are not accepting any offer.

That is the case for Samuel Umtiti and Neto.

The French central defender does not count on Xavi Hernandez and, despite having renewed for a cheaper price to help the club, Barcelona do not want him.

On Neto, Barcelona want Inaki Pena to be their back up goalkeeper to Ter Stegen and so they can reduce the wage bill by letting the Brazilian go.

Neto has an offer from Lazio, but the Italians do not want to pay for him.

They would only get the goalie if Barca released him as that way he would be a free agent.
