Victor Boniface has been included in the Bundesliga Team of the Week for the third consecutive matchday.

Boniface was among the goal scorers in Bayer Leverkusen’s 3-0 victory against Cologne on Sunday.

The 22-year-old finished off a brilliant team move in the 67th minute.

The striker has registered seven goals in seven league outings for Die Werkself this season.

The Nigeria international has failed to score in three Bundesliga outings in the current campaign.

Boniface is the joint third-top scorer in the German top flight behind Serhou Guirassy and Harry Kane.

Champions Bayern Munich dominated the Team of the Week with three players including Leroy Sane, Kingsley Coman, Kim Min-Jae.
