Atletico Madrid star Rodrigo De Paul, has named Real Madrid’s Luka Modric as the best midfielder in the world.

In a rapid-fire round of questions with content creator Adi Contreras, De Paul was asked who he thinks is the best midfielder in world football.

And the Argentine international took a few seconds and said: “[Luka] Modric.”

Despite his age, Modric has continued to be a regular starter at both the club and international levels.

The 37-year-old has scored once and registered two assists in nine games for Real Madrid across all competitions so far this season.
