Ezekiel Bassey, a former Barcelona winger, has been signed by Heartland, according to the Daily Post.

The Naze Millionaires made the announcement on their X handle.

Aba, with Enyimba

Port Said, with Al Masry

Uyo, with Akwa United

“We are glad to announce winger Ezekiel Bassey, joins us ahead of #NPFL24 #WelcomeToHeartlandFC,” the Owerri club announced on their official Facebook page.

Bassey was part of the Enyimba squad that won the Nigeria Premier Football League title in 2016.

He was part of Nigeria’s home-based Super Eagles squad for the 2016 Africa Nations Championship in Rwanda.
