Real Madrid have fallen nine points behind LaLiga leaders Barcelona.

This follows their drab 0-0 draw at Real Betis on Sunday night.

Carlo Ancelotti’s men have endured a tough week after losing 1-0 at home to Barca in the Copa del Rey semi-final first leg.

Although the Spanish champions dominated the game against Betis, they squandered the chances that fell their way.

The result means Real now have 53 points after 24 league fixtures.

Barcelona are tops on 62 points, while Betis are fifth with 41 points, three points off the Champions League places.
