According to Todo Fichajes, Monaco has made a €16 million proposal for Minamino, which Liverpool is expected to accept, with Minamino reportedly saying yes to the French side.

It would be fascinating to see whether this goes through, as other sources have stated that the former Red Bull Salzburg player is considering other options.

Minamino has been linked with Wolves, according to Football Insider, while Fulham are said to be in a great position to sign him.
