The 2022 World Cup in Qatar will feature a closing ceremony that will feature the well-known Nigerian musician Davido on stage.

The final World Cup ceremony is scheduled for December 18, 2022.

A Chinese businessman named Stephen Hung revealed this on Thursday through his Instagram story.

Remember that Davido has avoided social media and public gatherings ever since his son Ifeanyi passed away.

He did, however, attend his uncle Ademola Adeleke's swearing-in ceremony as the new governor of Osun state.

Hung wrote, “So happy my bro #davido confirmed he will be performing at the World Cup Qatar closing ceremony. "I can’t wait to see him there.”
