The Nigerian star joined a host of European players in this week’s star-studded team released on Wednesday.

Nigeria striker Odion Ighalo and Cote d’Ivoire defender Eric Bailly have been included in the Fifa 19 Ultimate Team of the Week.

The duo were in fine form for their countries during the international break contributing goals and they have now been rewarded with improved ratings in the world's most popular football video game.

Ighalo gets a substitute role after replicating his fine goalscoring run in the Chinese Super League to the Super Eagles with five goals in his country’s double-header fixture against Libya.

The Changchun Yatai attacker netted a hat-trick in his side’s 4-0 defeat of Libya on Saturday and followed it up with a brace in the return leg in Sfax on Tuesday.
