Ralf Rangnick, Manchester United's interim manager, is said to have relegated Hannibal Mejbri to the club's Under-23s.
Rangnick didn't like Mejbri's Man United debut performance against Liverpool in April, which was hailed by the club's legend, Gary Neville.
Rangnick, according to ESPN, was not impressed with Mejbri's antics and demoted him to the Under-23s.
Since then, Rangncik has not included Mejbri in the matchday squad for any of Man United's games, instead opting for veteran players whose futures lie outside of Old Trafford.
Mejbri joined Manchester United from Monaco in a €5 million transfer when he was just 15 years old in 2019.
The highly-rated midfielder has impressed at youth level but has been forced to bide his time and wait for his highly-anticipated Premier League bow.
