Real Madrid have ruled out signing Kylian Mbappe from Paris Saint-Germain before the transfer window closes next week.
Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti said this on Thursday as Mbappe continues to be linked with the Spanish La Liga club.
Ancelotti said Real Madrid is unlikely to do any more transfer business in the current summer transfer window, which closes on September 1, insisting that the Los Blancos’ squad is closed.
When asked about Mbappe, Ancelotti told reporters ahead of Real Madrid’s La Liga tie with Celta Vigo on Friday night: “No, I rule it out 100 percent.
“I think our squad is closed, and our players are thinking about our season.”
