Nnamdi Oforboh, a former Flying Eagles midfielder, has left Glasgow Rangers, according to the Scottish Premiership team.
Oforboh transferred from Bournemouth, a Premier League team, to the Light Blues last summer.
The 23-year-old, however, was unable to play for the Rangers because of a heart condition that was discovered.
Gers failed to provide any explanation for why his contract was terminated.
“Rangers can today announce that the club and Nnamdi Ofoborh have mutually agreed to end his contract,” reads a statement on the club’s official website.

“Everyone at Rangers wishes Nnamdi all the very best of luck for the future.”
Oforboh was part of Nigeria’s squad for the FIFA U-20 World Cup in Poland in 2019.
