Former Arsenal striker Theo Walcott has identified four key fixtures that could hinder Liverpool's bid for the Premier League title, as they battle Arsenal and Manchester City for the top spot.

Following their 3-1 victory over Sheffield United, Liverpool reclaimed the top position, with just three points separating them from their title rivals. However, Walcott believes that Liverpool's upcoming schedule, particularly their four away games, could pose challenges.

Speaking on BBC Radio 5 Live, Walcott highlighted Liverpool's four away matches following their Europa League quarter-final clash with Atalanta as potential stumbling blocks. He emphasized the difficulty of playing away from home and pointed out that trips to Goodison Park and other venues could prove tough for Klopp's side.

The mentioned away fixtures include consecutive matches against Fulham, Everton, and West Ham, followed by a trip to Aston Villa in the penultimate round of the season.

These fixtures will undoubtedly test Liverpool's title aspirations and could potentially impact their position in the league standings.
