Former Arsenal, Everton as Southampton forward, Theo Walcott has today officially announced his retirement from the game of football.



Walcott disclosed this through a press release on his social media pages.

Walcott played for England and he had 47 caps and 8 goals.

He represented England at the 2006 FIFA world cup.

He played for Southampton last season.

He retired at the age of 34.
