Students of a secondary school in Edo state have gone on rampage after discovering that the principal vanished on the day WAEC exams commenced.

The Senior Secondary (SS3) students arrived at the school premises to discover that the head of the school had put it up for sale and he had absconded with the fees they paid for WAEC.

In a video making the rounds online, the students could be seen vandalizing school property after reading a 'School For Sale’ notice pasted on the gate.

They cried out for justice due to the actions of the head of the school, which left them with an extra year in secondary school.
