Star of the Big Brother Naija Reality Show Somadina Anyama, aka Soma, has disclosed that some of his coworkers have advised him to end his relationship with Angel Smith.

Cross, Angel's ex-boyfriend, was specifically mentioned as one of those who had advised him to dump her.

According to Naijacrawl, Soma and Angel fell in love during the recently finished Big Brother Naija All-Stars season.

During the 2021 season of "Shine Ya Eye," Angel and Cross were romantically involved, but their union soon fell apart.

In the most recent episode of the "To Be Honest" podcast, Soma and Angel both made appearances. Soma claimed he chose to date Angel in spite of concerns from his coworkers about her mental health.

He said, “People always come to me and tell me, ‘Soma, you need to leave this babe [Angel]. This babe, guy, she is...' And half of the time I’m like, ‘Bro, I don’t give a f**k.’

“I know severally that different housemates have come to say, ‘Ah! Soma, just take it easy with Angelo. You know, say Angel Fit...' I’m like, ‘Guy, I don’t care.’ Cross was part of them.”

Angel inferred: “And I don’t get the gist. They don’t know me at all. All the people that were in Biggie’s house—the person I can say knows me like that is Mercy because we've had an existing relationship. And maybe Frodd as well.

“But the other people don’t know me. Even Cross doesn’t know me like that. He does not know me at all.”
