Music superstar David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has pledged $10,000 to an Eko Hotel and Suites worker, Kekwaaru Ngozi Mary, who returned a misplaced $70,000 to a customer in Lagos.

In a post via his verified Twitter handle on Sunday, the Afrobeat superstar wrote, “Find her for me... I donate $10k”.

The Daily Post reports that Ngozi Mary has been praised by many Nigerians on social media for returning $70,000 (over 55 million) to a customer in a Lagos hotel.

Earlier today, Mr. Peter Obi of the Labour Party LP issued a statement celebrating Ngozi Mary for her act, saying it was heartwarming and reassuring that she did the act despite the hardship in the country and the prevailing moral decadence in society.

Obi also recommended her for national honors.
