Nancy Isime, a media personality and actress, has opened up about her childhood experiences.

The host of the 'Nancy Isime show' said that her childhood trauma made her a people-pleaser.

In an interview with actress and talk show host Lilian Afegbai, she admitted that she became a people pleaser as a result of her inability to gain the attention she needed as a child.

She wanted everyone to like her when she was younger.

However, Nancy Isime had dropped the childish attitude as she has gotten to a point where she doesn’t force herself on anybody or need their validation.

She said, “I don’t force myself on anybody. I used to be a people pleaser but that came from childhood trauma. It came from childhood trauma where you’ll be looking for attention as a child and you didn’t get it. When you get older, you start waning people to like you. So even if it’s breaking you, even if you know that this person doesn’t like you and has said shit about you, you think maybe they can change their minds”
