Popular Nigerian rapper Oladipupo Oladimeji, also known as Oladips, has expressed his disappointment over the skepticism surrounding his reported "death and resurrection.

"

The announcement of Oladips' demise was made by his management on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, but it was later revealed that the rapper was still alive, leading to speculation that his death was staged.

In a recent interview with Hip TV, Oladips insisted that he indeed experienced death and resurrection. Despite his attempts to clarify the situation, many continue to view it as a hoax.
Oladips lamented, "I returned to life only to witness widespread disbelief and confusion. However, I can't change what has transpired. Despite my efforts to explain, there's still a prevalent perception that my death was a prank."
The rapper continued, "I've tried to convey that it was a genuine near-death encounter, but the disbelief persists. Nonetheless, those close to me are aware of the truth—that I died and came back to life."
