Nollywood star Opeyemi Aiyeola shared on Instagram that she recently had to undergo emergency surgery.

She explained that what was supposed to be a vacation turned into an unexpected medical procedure.

Fortunately, the surgery was successful, and she spent the rest of her holiday recovering. Opeyemi expressed her gratitude to her medical team, family, and friends for their support during this time.

She also thanked everyone who noticed her absence on social media and reached out to check on her well-being. Now back home and recuperating, she feels thankful to be alive.
