An Abia State University lecturer, identified as Anucha Wisdom, took romance to the next level when he decided to pop the question to his fiancée right in her classroom on a memorable Wednesday.

Captured in a series of pictures and videos circulating on Facebook, the heartwarming moment unfolds as Wisdom goes down on one knee, presenting a ring to his beloved. The proposal took place in the Optometry Department of the university, where the lucky lady is pursuing her studies, surrounded by her enthusiastic colleagues.

The joyous screams of her friends echoed in the background as she happily nodded in acceptance of his proposal. One excited Facebook user, Possible Nwaohamuo, shared images from the event, expressing the sentiment, "What a memorable Valentine’s Day! My boss, Anucha Wisdom, proposed to his fiancée! Note he didn’t just find love outside his terrain but inside his territory! Lecturer and student love! Congratulations boss. Let the countdown begin."

Another Facebook user, Noble Ugo Anucha, shared a video and pictures from the proposal, congratulating the couple, "Hearty Congrats Dedem Anucha Wisdom. Dee Law and Daa Ngo are happily happy about this move. We have a wedding to plan. It is all to the glory of God."

Curiously, a visit to the lecturer's Facebook page revealed that he had not yet posted about the proposal.

Love indeed knows no boundaries, and Anucha Wisdom's proposal within the academic setting is a testament to the unpredictability and beauty of love stories. As we eagerly await updates from the couple, it's clear that this union will be celebrated not only by them but also by their friends, colleagues, and well-wishers. Love truly finds its way in the most unexpected places!
