A Judiciary court in Lagos state has dismissed the rape allegation case filed by Busola Dakolo against COZA pastor, Fatoyinbo.




The hearing which was held today at the court was dismissed by the judge due to lack of evidence and the fact that the incident has happened long time ago.

However the lawyers of the victim has given a press statement concerning the issue and are willing to pursue further the case, as today's hearing won't be the final.
