We all remember the news that made rounds in the country some months ago about a gospel singer Timi dakolo's wife busola dakolo who accused the head pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion assembly COZA church, pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo for allegedly raping her and taking her virginity some years ago when she was still worker in his church and not married yet. She narrated how the pastor raped her several times even in the sitting room of her parents house. The pastor denied the claim then and suggested the case be taken to court for him to prove his innocence.
According to reports, a federal capital territory high court sitting in bwari, has dismissed a suit filled by busola dakolo, against the senior pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion assembly, pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo. The court also ordered busola to pay one million naira for wasting the courts time.
