The recent case emerged when Alhaji Mohammed Kellu complained with the Tarmuwa Divisional Police Headquarters, stating that his daughter had been kidnapped by Mallam Auwalu Haruna on June 6, 2024. After a meticulous search, the police found the victim in Anguwan Arewa, Gaya LGA, Kano State, under the suspect’s control.

A medical examination confirmed the young woman was two months pregnant. She revealed that Mallam Auwalu Haruna had coerced her into drinking a concoction that rendered her unconscious, making her susceptible to his actions.
