Taiwo Awoniyi has been voted by Forest supporters as Player of the Month for August.



Awoniyi scored three goals in three matches in August.

The Nigerian international received a whopping 83% of the votes.

The 26-year-old also won the club’s Goal of the Month award.

The forward’s run and finish against Manchester United were voted for by most fans as the best of August.

Awoniyi got 38% of the of the votes to win the second award.

The striker has so far scored three goals and registered one assist in four Premier League games this season.
