Nigeria’s Flying Eagles will know their group stage opponents for the 2023 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations next week Friday.



The draw ceremony, according to the Confederation of African Football (CAF), will hold in Cairo, Egypt.

Nigeria and 11 other countries will compete for honours at the competition.

Hosts Egypt, Senegal, Zambia, Mozambique, Uganda and South Sudan are among the countries that have already booked their place.

Others are Tunisia, the Central African Republic and Congo.

The competition will run from February 18 to March 12, 2023.

The top four countries will fly Africa’s flag at the 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Indonesia.
