At least 17 countries have confirmed their places in Qatar for the 2022 World Cup playoffs, which will be completed during the international break.
France, the tournament's defending champion, and Qatar, the tournament's host, are two of the teams that will compete.
Another 12 slots will be claimed worldwide between March 24 and March 30: five in Africa, three in North America, two in Europe, and two in South America.
Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Iran, Japan, Netherlands, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, South Korea, Spain, and Switzerland are among the teams who have already qualified.
There are still 44 countries in the globe that are eligible to compete in Qatar 2022.
At the end of March, they'll be competing for the majority of the remaining berths.
