The pots for the 2022 World Cup finals draw, which will take place on Friday, have been determined.
Mexico and the United States had clinched the final two automatic spots on Wednesday.
Despite a 2-0 loss to Costa Rica, the United States qualified, while Mexico defeated El Salvador 2-0.
Both countries will be in Pot 2 of the tournament.
After losing 1-0 to Panama, Canada was unable to qualify for Pot 3 and will now compete in Pot 4.

One team from the four pots will be in each group. Five of the eight groups will have a maximum of two European teams, as 13 qualify.
The tournament will be played between Nov. 21 and Dec. 18 in Qatar.
