Exciting news in the football world! Fabrizio Romano, the renowned transfer expert, has shared that Los Angeles FC is close to signing AC Milan striker Olivier Giroud.

Romano revealed this on his X account with a tweet on Wednesday.

According to Romano, LAFC has verbally agreed to bring Giroud on board with a contract until December 2025. This move comes after LAFC expressed interest in October and formally submitted a bid earlier this week.

While nothing has been signed yet, the agreement is nearly finalized. Stay tuned for more updates!

Giroud, who is 37 years old, joined Milan in 2021 after playing for Chelsea.
