Aziz Yildirim, a contender for the Fenerbahce presidency, recently disclosed discussions with ex-Chelsea and Real Madrid boss, Jose Mourinho.

Yildirim pledges to enlist Mourinho's expertise at the Turkish club if elected.

Mourinho, having been jobless since January following his exit from Roma, might embark on a fresh journey with Fenerbahce. With coaching stints across Italy, England, Spain, and Portugal, the 61-year-old seeks to explore new horizons.

“I met Jose Mourinho face to face last week.
“I told him: ‘Fenerbahce needs you and you need Fenerbahce.’ He listened to me sincerely.
“My friends are talking to his agents. If we win, I will bring Jose Mourinho,” Yildirim told reporters.
