The UEFA Europa Conference League Goal of the Week award for matchday two went to Yusuf Otubanjo.

Otubanjo is the first athlete from Nigeria to receive the individual honor.

The 30-year-old made his first appearance in the competition on Thursday night's 2-0 victory over Slovan Bratislava for Armenian club FC Pyunik.

The striker responded by scoring a stunning goal, his side’s second of the game.

The goal was Otubanjo’s first in the UEFA Europa Conference League for Pyunik.

It was the first time an Armenian club had recorded a win in the group stage of the UEFA club competition.

Pyunik will face the Lithuanian club, Zalgiris, in their next game in the competition.
