Currently ranked first among the Premier League's top dribblers is Manchester City playmaker Kevin de Bruyne.
De Bruyne is ahead of players like Phil Foden and Cody Gakpo of Liverpool, according to data experts at the CIES Football Observatory.
A dribble, also known as a take-on, is described by Opta as "an attempt by a player to beat an opponent when they have possession of the ball," with a successful dribble resulting in the player maintaining possession of the ball.

The top Premier League player, however, is De Bruyne, who ranks third on the list.
