William Saliba has agreed to a new four-year contract with Arsenal, The Athletic reports.
The 22-year-old will remain with the Gunners until 2027 under the new terms.
Saliba has enjoyed a breakout season at the Emirates this season.
The Frenchman’s previous deal was set to expire in 12 months, leaving Arsenal at risk of losing him on a free transfer next summer.
The center-back proved just how vital he is to Mikel Arteta’s setup when his injury against Sporting saw him miss the final 11 games of the season and derail Arsenal’s title bid.
However, he now follows Bukayo Saka, Gabriel, Gabriel Martinelli, and Aaron Ramsdale in agreeing new contracts with the Gunners, with the official announcement imminent.
