According to Marca, Cristiano Ronaldo and Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia have reached an incredible agreement on a contract worth £172.
9 million annually.
The 37-year-old's contract with Manchester United was terminated earlier this month, making him a free agent.
After an explosive interview with Piers Morgan in which he made several contentious claims, Ronaldo severed his relationship with United.
For the first time in his career, the Portugal captain will now make his living outside of Europe.
A staggering £172.9 million contract worth two and a half years with Al Nassr is said to have been reached by Ronaldo.
He will play under the terms of the contract until he turns 40.
However, reports in Spain today claim that the "dizzying figures" have been agreed. Sources close to the former Real Madrid and Juventus superstar insist that no deal has been signed and that Ronaldo is still focused on the World Cup with his country.
