Nigeria forward Gift Orban is keen to test himself at one of the top European clubs.

Orban caught the eye following his impressive displays for Belgian Pro League club KAA Gent last season.

The 21-year-old joined the Buffalos from Norwegian second-division club Staebek in January.

The young striker scored 15 times in 16 appearances for Gent.

Orban opened his goal account for the season in Gent’s UEFA Europa League clash against Zilina on Thursday.

Amid interest from a number of top European clubs, the player expressed his desire to move elsewhere.

“Look, I love Belgium, but I want to go to a higher-ranking league. I just want to gain more experience at a higher level,” he was quoted as having said by Voetbalkrant.
“My job is to play as high as possible.”
