In a remarkable display, the US Men's National Team emerged victorious in the CONCACAF Nations League on Sunday night in Las Vegas, defeating Canada, the team with the highest qualification from the region in the previous World Cup.

Similar to their dominant performance against Mexico in the semifinals, the Stars and Stripes showcased their superiority once again.

They secured a convincing victory, scoring two goals in the first half and comfortably dispatching the talented Canadian side.

While Christian Pulisic, who had scored a brace in the previous round, didn't find the back of the net this time, there were other notable contributions.

Folarin Balogun, who recently switched allegiance from England, netted his first goal for the US team.

Additionally, Chris Richards scored a headed corner goal with assists from Gio Reyna for both goals. Pulisic was recognized as the best player of the tournament, adding to his accolades.

As the final whistle blew, jubilant celebrations erupted, including a playful moment where Pulisic was used as a human bowling ball, with presumably plastic beer bottles serving as the pins. It was a lively and spirited celebration, capturing the unique essence of CONCACAF football.

Elsewhere, in UEFA’s version of the Nations League, it were Spain who emerged triumphant, beating Croatia, 5-4 on penalties after a scoreless regulation and extra time.
