Premier League club, West Ham United have tabled a £20m offer for Lorient striker, Terem Moffi.
The offer also includes £5 million in potential add-ons.
Lorient have reportedly turned down a £15 million offer from Southampton and OGC Nice for the Nigerian international.
Les Merlus are holding out for £30 million for the 23-year-old.
Moffi is the second-top scorer in Ligue 1 this season, with 12 goals from 18 games.
Aston Villa, Brighton & Hove Albion, and Everton are the other clubs interested in the forward.
