The 2022 FIFA World Cup is currently taking place in Qatar, and five nations have already been eliminated.

They are: Iran, Wales, Canada, Ecuador, Qatar, and Canada.

Wales, Ecuador, and Iran were the most recent nations eliminated from the 2022 World Cup after dropping their final group games on Tuesday.

Ecuador lost 2-1 against Senegal in their final Group A tie on Tuesday evening.

Iran lost 1-0 against the USA in a Group B clash, while Wales were defeated 3-0 against England.

More countries will be sent packing from the tournament after the conclusion of Group C and Group D fixtures later today.
