Three Arsenal players have received praise from former Manchester United player Rio Ferdinand, who claims they stood out against Chelsea on Sunday.
At Stamford Bridge on Sunday, Arsenal defeated Chelsea 1-0 to maintain their standing in the Premier League standings.
The game's lone goal was scored by Gabriel Martinelli in the second half, but players like Gabriel Jesus, William Saliba, and Thomas Partey were outstanding the entire time.
In his YouTube podcast analysis of the game, Ferdinand acknowledged this and singled out the three players for praise.
“[William] Saliba was immense yesterday; he played really well,” he added.
“He stood out." [Thomas] Partey made it look easy in midfield.
“He dominated that midfield." "[Gabriel] Jesus, he did everything but put the ball in the back of the net.”
