APC Primaries: My Chances Incredibly High – Tinubu
Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, an All Progressives Congress chieftain and one of the party's presidential hopefuls, has expressed confidence in securing the party's presidential ticket.
Tinubu made the statement immediately after meeting with party delegates in Jalingo, Taraba State, on Sunday.
He added that his chances of receiving the APC presidential ticket were extremely good due to his political heritage.
"My odds of winning the ticket are really great, and I am pretty confident," he says.
“I am sure I can and I will win it.”
In his response to the option of a consensus arrangement by the party, Tinubu said he preferred a process of democracy to choose who would become the APC flag bearer.
“I want democracy. I am voting for democracy. One man, one vote,” he said.
