The dinner, which is organized by the Nigeria Football Federation and the team’s sponsors, will be held at the prestigious Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja.

Head coach Randy Waldrum, his staff, and all 23 players listed for the World Cup are expected to attend the event.

The Super Falcons will then proceed to Australia for a 15-day training tour.

The team will engage in top-quality friendlies before the start of the competition.

The nine-time African champions are drawn in Group B with co-hosts Australia, Canada, and the Republic of Ireland.

The Falcons will open their campaign against Canada at the Melbourne Rectangular Stadium on July 21.

They will face Australia at Lang Park in Brisbane three days later and then return to Melbourne for their final group game against the Republic of Ireland.
