The officer used his gun to shoot the innocent passer-by at the back of his head with the bullet piecing through his eye and on the course of saving his life, he was rushed to Okeleke Hospital in Ozoro by the family members of the deceased and well wishers.

Howvever, he died at Okeleke Hospital as a result of the gun shot by Inspector Isaac Agbulahor, a serving member of the Nigeria Police Force attached to Divisional Police Headquarters, Ozoro.

Upon this sad development, Chief (Barr.) Oboro a principal member of the deceased family visited Okeleke Hospital with his family members where Dr. Okeleke personally confirmed the deceased dead and was taken to mortuary in his presence by the Divisional Police officer of the Ozoro Police Station, CSP Ogedegbe and his team.
