Both parties failed to agree on a deal after the initial expiration of his contract last month.
Adeyinka turned down offers from Ethiopia's Ethiopia Coffee last week.
The Kwara United goalie suffered a foot injury towards the end of last season, which kept him out for five weeks.
He recorded five clean sheets in the 2022–23 campaign.
