Bayern Munich manager Thomas Tuchel refused to confirm his club’s interest in Napoli forward Victor Osimhen at his press conference on Friday.
The Bavarians have reportedly opened talks with Napoli for the Nigeria international.
Tuchel was, however, not ready to give anything away in his interaction with the media ahead of his club’s Bundesliga outing this weekend.
“I have an opinion on that (Osimhen’s link), but I know how things work. If I say something about it and it spills over to Italy, then my colleague there will say, "Why doesn’t Thomas keep his mouth shut?" I’m not going to talk about players from other clubs,” said the former Chelsea manager.
Premier League giants Chelsea and Manchester United, as well as Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain, are also said to be interested in Osimhen.
Napoli is expected to demand over €100 million for the striker.
