Manchester United boss Ruben Amorim has dismissed concerns over his future at the club following yet another disappointing Premier League defeat.

The Red Devils suffered their 12th league loss of the season, falling 1-0 to Tottenham Hotspur. James Maddison’s first-half strike was enough to seal the win for Spurs in a tightly contested battle in North London.

United now sit 15th in the table, just two spots above the relegation zone, with Amorim losing eight of his 14 league matches since taking over from Erik ten Hag.

Despite the mounting pressure, the Portuguese tactician remains confident in his ability to turn things around.

“I am not worried. I understand the frustration of our fans and the media’s reaction,” Amorim told the BBC.
“I hate losing; it’s the worst feeling. But my focus isn’t on my future—it’s on my players and winning games. The league position concerns me, but not my job security.”

With United in freefall, fans will be eager to see if Amorim can steady the ship before it’s too late.
