Mohamed Salah, a Liverpool winger, has become the first player in Premier League history to score five goals in a single season against Manchester United.
In their first meeting of the 2021–2022 season, the Egyptian sensation scored a hat-trick as the Reds won 5-0 at Old Trafford.
Salah netted a brace in Liverpool's 4-0 win in front of their home crowd on Tuesday.
He scored in both halves to lift Jurgen Klopp's side to the top of the standings ahead of Wednesday's match between Manchester City and Brighton.
Speaking after the game, Salah told Sky Sports: “They make our lives easier in the midfield and at the back.
They always try to give us the ball in a situation like one-on-one. So they make our lives much easier. ”
