Akinkunmi Amoo, a former forward for the Golden Eaglets, is nearly signed by Omonia Nicosia of Cyprus.

Omonia Nicosia and Danish SuperLiga team FC Copenhagen have reportedly reached a transfer agreement, according to Fotbolldirekt.se.

In July, Amoo underwent a trial workout with Omonia Nicosia.

The amount of the transfer fee and the duration of the contract are still unknown.

This Friday marks the final day of the Cypriot transfer window.

The Swedish team Hammarby IF released the 21-year-old in 2020, and Copenhagen signed him.
