Popular Nigerian rapper Blaqbonez, widely known for his hit track Like Ice Spice, has revealed plans to retire from music within the next three to five years.
In a recent interview with renowned media personality Chude Jideonwo, the rapper shared his thoughts on building a lasting legacy.
“I’ll keep making music until I’ve secured enough to sustain me for a lifetime and created a lasting legacy. I project that in the next three to five years, I’ll be ready to step away,” Blaqbonez said.
Speaking about his plans post-retirement, he hinted at staying within the entertainment industry. “I will find another job in the entertainment industry. I would probably work as a consultant to a record label.”
