Famous Nollywood actor Odunlade Adekola has sought God’s intervention over the deaths plaguing the Nigerian movie industry.

This is coming after the death of another Nollywood actress, Wunmi Olowokandi, who lost her life on Monday evening.

Wunmi’s death is the fourth in Nollywood in less than a week, after St. Obi and Murphy Afolabi.

Reacting to the death of the deceased, Odunlade, in a post on his official Instagram page, prayed for God to shut the door on untimely deaths in the movie industry.

He wrote: “Unquestionable you are the LORD. I pray God will close the door of untimely death in our industry and in the house of every one of us in Jesus name.”

Recall that actor Murphy Afolabi’s death was announced on Sunday after he reportedly fell and slumped in his bathroom.
