Today, the total number of confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus has hits 190 in the most populated country in Africa.

This was made known through the verified page of the Nigeria centre for Disease Control today.

The agency tweets:

Six new cases of #COVID19 have been reported in Osun State, Nigeria.


As at 11:00 am 3rd April there are 190 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria. Twenty have been discharged with two deaths

Osun- 20

Oyo- 8

Akwa Ibom- 5

Ogun- 4

Edo- 4

Kaduna- 4

Bauchi- 3

Enugu- 2

Ekiti- 2

Rivers-1

Benue- 1

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) recorded 195 new cases yesterday will move the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 1,532 with 44 death.It should be noted that only 3 states out of the 36 states in the country has no confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus, these are, Kogi, Yobe and Cross River state.Meanwhile the global confirmed cases has now moved to 3,140,285 cases with over 218,000 death.See the breakdown of the 195 new cases o repor...
